* Make starter culture of DH5α-T1 cells in order to start pilot study.
 
==Procedure==
* DH5α-T1 plate was taken out this morning and placed in 20°C refrigerator
* In a sterile environment, 3mL of autoclaved LB was transferred into a 15mL falcon tube.
* With an autoclaved wooden stick, a cell colony from cell plate was obtained and dipped into the 3mL LB.
* The cell containing LB media was then placed into an orbital shaker at 230rpm for 16 hours.

Purpose

  • Make starter culture of DH5α-T1 cells in order to start pilot study.

Procedure

  • DH5α-T1 plate was taken out this morning and placed in 20°C refrigerator
  • In a sterile environment, 3mL of autoclaved LB was transferred into a 15mL falcon tube.
