*The transformation worked. I got a few colonies of green bacteria. I plan to plate these and grow more. I think I put a bit too much antibiotic into the media, but that's alright.

  • The order from NEB came in! Right now I am storing the strains to be used, until I can get the antibiotic from GoldBio.
