  • ✓ RT-PCR planning: design primers for new putative targets based on old Nanostring raw data

> Go back to Nanostring results and pick all candidates up-regulated by Pc-TFs (at least 2.0 fold induction, dox+/dox-)
> Will test primers on KAH-126-1 cDNA (-/+ dox)
> Will follow up with other samples and control lines
