  • ✓ p16 induction time course: add dox to 1-day plates (9 pm)
  • ✓ Plasmid cultures: grow 100 mL cultures for KAH160/015 and 170/015 midipreps
  • ✓ Cell culture: split confluent cultures
  • ✓ Cell culture: expand 158-3 (158-2 failed)
  • ✓ Thaw: HEK Gal4-EED again; pellet in 9 mL FBS, grow in 2x FBS DMEM (last two vials)
  • ✓ Nanostring assay: start new cultures in 10 mL plates
