  • Transduction Day 3: expand cells


Transduction Day 3

  • Brought to LaBaer lab: trypsin EDTA, 1x PBS, bottles of media for U2OS and SK-N-SH, 10 cm plates
  • Checked growth of cells:
    • U2OS ready to expand (~80% confluent)
    • SK-N-SH not ready to expand (left in incubator)
    • K562 - still no visible expression in control well
  • Harvested and expanded U2OS cells in 10 mL medium in 10 cm plates (6 plates total)
  • Grow at 37°C (overnight)
