  • U2OS: split cells (passage 3)
  • SK-N-SH: split cells (passage 3) and set up transfection plate

U2OS

  • Split cells 1:10, 2x 75 cm flasks


SK-N-SH

  • Split cells 1:5, 1x 75 cm flask
  • Seed 6-well plate for transfection, ~5x105 cells/well/1 mL
    • Added 3 mL of cells from 10 mL stock flask to 7 mL media; aliquoted 1 mL diluted cells to each well
