  • Cultures: golden gate trial 3, 8 total


Golden Gate assembly trial 3

  • None of the DH5α-Turbo quick transformations had any colonies
  • Promega and Roche ligation buffer trials gave ratios of ~5:1 (assembly : vector only)
  • Pick 4 colonies from the Promega BL21 plate (#2) and the Roche BL21 plate (#10)
