  • Retransformation: pSB1A3 (RFP) plasmid from Vi (originally from Rene)


Retransformation

  1. 0.5 μL pSB1A3 (RFP) + 10.0 μL H2O
  2. 10.0 μL H2O (neg. ctrl.)


  • Grow for ~8 hours
  • Pick two (tiny) colonies; grow in 2 mL LB/Amp overnight
  • Return plate to 37 °C (overnight)
