  • Banana E. coli - phenotype test

Banana E. coli - phenotype test

  • ~3:15 pm
  • Set up two 3 mL cultures for each clone (16 total): Negative ctrl. & Experimental
    • Negative controls: 3 mL LB+Amp; add 10 μL starter culture
    • Experimental: For each set of 4, 10 μL isoamyl alcohol, 12 mL LB+Amp in first tube, mix; aliquot 3 mL per tube; add 10 μL starter culture
  • INcubate @37°C w/ shaking
