Transformation
--> Amp:

  1. GFP1
  2. GFP2
  3. RFP1
  4. GFP3
  5. No DNA

Results from 1/04 cultures

  • Used Vikram’s spec to read samples in cuvettes. Used the Omega plate reader
  • RFP1 looks great, RFP2 does not work
  • Cannot detect inducible GFP. Consult Francesca Ceroni

--> Response from Francesca: plasmids from library do not work. Will send new versions described in Ceroni et al 2010 on Monday.
