1μM Rhodamine 6G Dye Concentration (90:10)

  M1V1 = M2V2
  1μM (RG6)x 10mL = (92μM)V2    V2 = 109μL

1μM Rhodamine 6G Dye Concentration (50:50)

  M1V1 = M2V2
  1μM (RG6)x 10mL = (165μM)V2    V2 = 61μL
