My name is Karl Heuer and I am an undergraduate student in Mathematics at the University of Hamburg in Germany. My current research deals with infinite matroids and graphs. Further interests are set theory and mathematical logic. In 2007 I wrote an article about the similarities between coding of amino acids and syllogisms, logical rules of deduction, for BioSysBio. If someone is interested in this, contact me and I will answer. At the moment it is a mathematical theoretical basic approach, but I would be happy, if someone could help me to analyse it from the biological and practical side.
