Objective

  • PCR Purification, see it in a gel.

Purification

  • Roche´s Kit(High pure PCR product purfication).
  • Fulfilled 100μL:
    • 45μL PCR Tube 2
    • 45μL PCR Pablo´s extraction.
    • 10μL PCR Tube 1

Gel

  • Lane 1 Ruler
  • Lane 2 Purified Tube
  • Lane 3 Tube 1.(Not purified)

GelPCRPurified

As expected :). More concentrated and little bit cleaner.
