  • Digestion of pBBRmcS5 plasmid after yesteday


  • Digestion of pBBRmcS5Digest.
    • Lane 2-8 samples of plasmids.
    • Lane 9 DNA without HindIII.
    • Lane 10 HindIII without DNA.

As I see, digestion was succesful but cam resolution wasn´t effective.
