Intergenic sequences in T.atroviride

Things to do

  • Run BLAST against T.at. V2 Genome with sequences in overlapping.

Things done

  • I left running BLAST the overlapped intergenic sequences in genes to know if there are more than one location for that overlapped sequeces hopping in finding the -trans intergenic non-coding RNA.
