Luria Broth (LB):
In LB medium, exponential phase of E. coli has been estimated to end between OD600 0.6 - 1.0 (Sezonov et al.)
According to Sezonov et al., steady state (exponential growth) may end already at OD600 0.3
LA:
To make LA plates, add 20 g agar/L
