Height calibration

Tangent average based on 10 measurements on the same 1 um bead, fit 0 to 80 sec: -0.0410

0.0410 pix/sec = 0.0410 pix/5nm = 0.0082 pix/nm. So 1 nm = 0.0082 pxl, or

1 pxl = 121.9 nm

Check: 40 steps 10 nm each, or 400 nm displacement

400 nm = 80*0.041 pxl; pxl = 5/0.041 nm = 121.9 nm

CHECK OK

Average SD: 0.061 pxl = 7.47 nm

SD = 7.5 nm
