I work in the [[Your Lab]] at XYZ University. I learned about [[OpenWetWare]] from A university lecturer told me about the site., and I've joined because I'm a biochemistry student interested in learning and trying out new lab techniques. I carry out simple experiments at home and this site seems to give useful information on how best to do do that safely and effectively.

I also hope to participate in the iGEM competition with my university this year and would like to have as many informational resources as possible while working on our project..
