Hi! My name is Brad Holmes and I am Robert Crouch's lab in the LMG. We study ribonuclease H1/I.

Research Interests

RNase H1
mtDNA replication

Education/Lab Experience

  • B.S. in Biochemistry, Texas A&M University, 2004 Summa Cum Laude.
    • Worked as an undergraduate researcher for two years and then as a post-bac for Jerry Tsai, studying protein structure prediction and homology modeling.
  • Summer Undergraduate Reserach Fellow at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Worked for 10 weeks for Kevin Gardner to implement a few software programs to automate the process of NMR data analysis.
