About:
I'm a course 20 sophomore and grew up in Birmingham, Alabama.I tour guide for MIT by showing prospective students and tourists around campus. Therefore, I know a lot of random facts about the Institute such as Ellen Swallow Richards was the first female graduate of MIT in 1873. (She has a lobby in building 2 named after her we used to pass on the tour route.)I'm also fairly involved in ESG since I TA ES.7012. Lastly, I love my dorm(and I food as well), so I am Next dining chair.

We will take a Doodle poll to set regular office hours for each section. We also offer supplemental office hours before big assignments are due.
What times on Sundays (all), Mondays (T/R section), and Tuesdays (W/F section) are you available for office hours? We have held office hours in the evening in the past, but day time slots are best. Sundays are best in the morning or early afternoon as of now. I have chapter every Sunday at 7:30pm, and also Next exec meetings (but I do not know the exact times yet, since last semester was at 5pm and the one before was at 9pm. I should know by this weekend.) Mondays any time after 2.

Like?
classic rock/80's era music. (Queen, Billy Joel, the eagles,Bryan Adams, Boston, Bon Jovi etc...)If I am studying I prefer classical/Jazz or relaxation music (no distracting words).
Tolerate?
I can somehow tolerate county music (as long as it isn't religious). I dislike it but I like it more than other genres. I am really used to hearing pop as well.Even though it isn't my taste I've pretty much learned to tune it out.
Despise?
Rap (I really hate rap), grunge,metal,techno,gospel, gospel, pop (Justin beiber, one direction, miley cyrus, kesha etc...)
Would you want to hear music in lab sometimes, or do you prefer to work without it?
Honestly I am not sure how distracting it will be. Chances are I would enjoy it as long as I don't hate the music.
