I work in the Swartz Lab at Stanford University and am currently working on establishing a sustainable method for biological synthesis of hydrogen from biomass.
I am currently working on building a synthetic pathway to produce hydrogen from cellulosic biomass through a cell free extract. I've previously worked in the fermentation and cell culture groups of Genentech (Oceanside, CA, 2009-2011) and Merck (West Point, PA, 2005-2009).
