Creating anandamide ligands with polyunsaturated fatty acids and cannabinoids (THC)
Experiment
- Observe the properties and chemical reactions of hydrolysis of anandamide ligands in situ.
- measure blah blah blah
Design
- Use omega 3 (DHA) fatty acids as substrate for anandamide hydrolysis
- Protect the hippocampus and neurons from stress induced damage.
