Combining PPF-18

  • 1.) Combine 4 Vials, 4/18/13 TLS & AEM, 4/26/13 TLS, 4/29/13 TLS, 5/1/13 TLS
  • 2.).0797 g PPF-18
  • 3.) Added .0398 g PPF-18, and .1413 g guanine to vial one
  • 4.) Add 6 mL ethanol to vial one
  • 5.) Added .0398 g PPF-18, and .1443 g adenine to vial two
  • 6.) Add 6 mL ethanol to vial two
  • 7.) Sonification (both vials)
  • 8.) Heat vials to 80 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes
  • 9.) Allow to cool
  • 10.) Vacuum filtration
