Metal Porphyin Dilution

  • 1.)In vial one mix 1 mL of DMF & 1 µm of Iron Chloride
  • 2.)In vial one mix 1 mL of DMF & 1 µm of Cobalt Acetate
  • 3.)In vial one mix 1 mL of DMF & 1 µm of Cupric Acetate
  • 4.)In vial one mix 1 mL of DMF & 1 µm of Nickel Nitrate
  • 5.)In vial one mix 1 mL of DMF & 1 µm of Zinc Nitrate
  • 6.)Take UV vis of all vials, and of DMF
  • 7.)See Image below
