Protocol for Collecting beads

  • stop bead synthesis
  • filter the beads, gravity, rinse with water
  • mass beads before drying
  • place beads in oven at 50C overnight
  1. Stop Sitrring
  2. Take out stir bar
  3. Pour contents into the beaker, and let them gradually filter through
  4. Filter without a paper, and then set beads to dry overnight on bench-top
