High Stability Plasmid Development

Abstract

  • Replating of putative transformants of the ligations of DD repC-PCR E,S and DD B0015-pSB1AK3 E,X in Kan.

Replating in Kanamicin

Six colonies were replated in Kanamicin after survival in Ampicilin. Three of them were also diluted in liquid LB. They will be left to grow tonight.

Results

The first colony was a true positive, the rest were false positives.
