Basic protocol for production of reproducing workers.
Mark callows from colony A. Put back in nest for 2 days.
Once 2 days old add one worker from colony A plus two callows from B plus some young cocoons.
Leave for 7 days. Older worker can assumed to be egg laying. Verify with pictures taken on addition and at 7 days (check that the brood pile has been added to.
