The [http://openwetware.org/wiki/User:Paul_Rothenberg/Notebook/Pauls_Notebook/2013/05/31 procedure]for the reaction of OPD and H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> was followed using a Mb/Tris catalyst and an acetone suspension. The reaction was run in a beaker with a stir bar and the solution was centrifuged for 1 minute at 13,200 rpm before taking a spectrum.
In addition reactions were run using Mb/Phosphate and Mb/Acetate in hexanes suspension.
These samples were filtered (not centrifuged) before taking a spectrum.

Reaction of OPD+H2O2 with Mb Catalyst in Acetone Suspension
