Objective

  • To run UV-vis and Fluorescence on 0.0058g Myoglobin + 0.4961g KCl in 20mL 0.01M pH 7 phosphate buffer (evaporated) in various organic solvents.

Description

1. 10.6mg of the solid (0.0058g Myoglobin + 0.4961g KCl in 20mL 0.01M pH 7 phosphate buffer (evaporated)) was added to 1 mL of MeOH. 2. 11.0mg of the solid was added to 1mL of Acetone 3. 11.1mg of the solid was added to 1mL Acetonitrile 4. 11.3mg of the solid was added to 1mL Ethyl Acetate 5. 11.3mg of the solid was added to 1mL water 6. 11.4mg of the solid was added to 1mL chloroform
