Objective

• to prepare Au/HRP solutions with molar ratio range from 60 to 150,
• to prepare Au/ADA solutions with molar ratio ranging from 60 to 150, and
• to prepare ADA dialysis.

Description

• The Au/HRP solutions were prepared at molar ratios of 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, and 150 using the following table of volumes and concentrations.

• The Au/ADA solutions were prepared at molar ratios of 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, and 150 using the following table of volumes and concentrations.

• ADA dialysis was set up by pouring the ADA sample into a snake skin dialysis tube that had the bottom opening clipped closed. After the air bubbles were released from the tubing, the top opening was clipped and the tubing was placed in a 5000mL bucket of distilled water that contained a stir bar. Samples from October and both fractions from November were prepared in this manner and placed in the same bucket of water. The bucket of water was then covered with aluminum foil and placed in the cold room on a stir plate.
