- MIT iGEM Team (Drew Endy, Tom Knight Labs)- Worked to create a novel probiotic form of Lactobacillus that would secrete peptide p1025 in yogurt and prevent tooth decay
- UCSF Cardiac Engineering Lab (Elaine Tseng Lab)- Worked on in-vitro model of aortic valve disease and aortic dissections to test new methods of percutaneously repairing aortic valves and dissections
