Passage 1, TC1-Alpha (2)

  • 95% confluent with well. Cells passaged from thawed (9/5).
  • Split Cells into two 10cm dishes.
  • Used Protocol: Splitting Cells
    • Volumes changed: 2 mL PBS, 0.5 mL Trypsin, 3.5 mL DMEM.
  • Total cell volume= 4mL
  • 2mL cell + 8mL DMEM in 2 10cm dishes
