Transfer Thawed (0), TC1Alpha(2)

  • 65% confluent T-25 flask. Cells passaged from thawed (9/5).
  • Transfer cells into one well in a 6 well plate.
  • Used Protocol: Splitting Cells
  • Volumes changed: 2 mL PBS, 0.5 mL Trypsin, 3.5 mL DMEM.
  • 4 mL transferred into 1 well.
  • Cells to be grown in 10cm dishes after confluence with well.
