Remains of the Day

  • Ran the gel of the fungal TRFLP (see below) and sent it off later that day for analysis as "Dave's Last TRFLP Plate". Note that Lucas mixed up the two last wells on the second PCR strip (indicated in red) and that I messed up the TRFLP submission plate so that all the Heinz 2401 in Molasses treated farm soil samples were instead labelled as Beaufort in Molasses treated farm soil.
