Remains of the Day

  • Finishing physical capture TRFLP today on roots from Heinz 2401 grown in Tilbury field in 2011 and Chris's field in 2013.
  • Finish analysis and write up all the tree stuff done this year (takes a long time to do the image analysis and get the leaf surface data)
  • Physical TRFLP worked again, tho its few bands again. Cut out bands as below and will do cloning and sequencing of all or some.
