* Write up your awesome plans and results here...
* Finishing physical capture TRFLP today on roots from Heinz 2401 grown in Tilbury field in 2011 and Chris's field in 2013.
* Finish analysis and write up all the tree stuff done this year (takes a long time to do the image analysis and get the leaf surface data)
* Physical TRFLP worked again, tho its few bands again. Cut out bands as below and will do cloning and sequencing of all or some.

Remains of the Day
