Remains of the Day

  • Got colonies of the molasses rhizosphere and root clone PCR from day before yesterday. Steph will do colony PCR with M13 primers and sequence
  • Starting to get leaf speck symptoms on the Bonny Best tomatoes. Steph will hopefully monitor and photograph in the next few days.
  • Oomycete TRFLP primers work great! Steph will hopefully continue to test them in my absensce (seee below)
