Remains of the Day

  • start growing bacteria for innoculation of strawberries tommorow
  • redo some PCRs for sequencing using T7 and M13 reverse, purify and then send them in for sequencing using SP6 primer.
  • start culturing Xanthomonas and Pseudomonas for tomatoe innoculation - can't cause I need the Silwett to arrive first
