Remains of the Day
- Paint bacterial speck and spot suspensions onto plants and incubate for two weeks. - did not do, perhaps Tuesday when other true leaves start to emerge
- Sequences failed cause the M13 Forward primer falls outside the amplified region. Must use T7 or SP6 to sequence.
- Made virtual TRFLP for individual strains used in the strawberry innoculation experiment. Only enterobacter are really detectable with those primers. :-/
