* Write up your awesome plans and results here...
* Paint bacterial speck and spot suspensions onto plants and incubate for two weeks. - did not do, perhaps Tuesday when other true leaves start to emerge
* Sequences failed cause the M13 Forward primer falls outside the amplified region. Must use T7 or SP6 to sequence.  
* Made virtual TRFLP for individual strains used  in the strawberry innoculation experiment. Only enterobacter are really detectable with those primers. :-/
