* Did final step of potato tissue culture today - about 200 tubes are ready to recieve potato endophytes tommorow
* Stamped potato endophytes on R2A and TYA for tommorow
* Data processed a bit more and by cross referencing ITS4 fragments from growth room Heinz 2401 and field Heinz 2401 vs pasteurized, sand, Beaufort and RST, it looks like fragments found in rhizosphere of Heinz 2401 grown in Tilbury soil of about 197 bp and 609 bp (cut with BstNI) are prime candidates for physical TRFLP identification of TVD candidates.
