Worked with Steph to plate all the dilutions of strawberry rhizospheres onto R2A. Rather than risk growing them over the weekend, put them into 4 degree and will culture them on Monday. Put 50 ul of each dilution (-4 and -5) on half of each plate.
Finished analyzing rep 2 TVD rhizospheres. Interesting results, though most of the organic amendments didn't change soil microbe populations this time, autoclaved sand and pastuerized definately did. Will work to compare TRFLP profiles between these guys and field, with rep 1. Will start next week to get pasteurized peak fungal sample peaks which are different.
