Remains of the Day
- Make media and autoclave tubes for knotobiotic potato endophyte bioassay experiment (X300). Have Steph help, making media and cutting up potatoes
- Continue analyzing TVD TRFLP data - start making figures to prep for paper and plant physical TRFLP - round 2 root analysis looks very similar to round 1 roots, except for bacterial roots from round 1 which I still think I messed up the labelling on (go back and reanalyze the original TRFLP samples and check the plate record email that was sent to Guelph)
- Finish paper review for CJM - done with lots of constructive critisism!
