Remains of the Day

  • Worked on tomato SRED report
  • Made media for TBG potato tissue culture experiment
  • Extracted the rest of the tomato growth room rhizosphere DNA
  • Ran gel of last night's PCR. Seems all the fungal reactions worked, all the bacterial failed (see below)
    • (averaged 12 hours a day of work this week)
