Remains of the Day

  • Trying to plan a G. azotocaptans screen
  • Extracted methanol fraction of 6 mL of overweekend bacterial (Empty BAC 2O2 and positive BAC 1O1) supernatant (grown in TSB) on C18 columns. To be screened tommorow or day after with LC-MS
  • Did 24 DNA extractions from roots of rep 2 of the tomato growth room experiments (ie. Control, Pastuerized, Sand, TBG 0.01, 0.1). Saved template of 96 well plate under today's date.
