Making liquid cultures of Empty BAC 2O2, Positive BAC 1O1, and random other BAC 1A1. Chloramphenicol and BAC induction solution (8 ul/mL) in 3 mL of TSB - shaking at 30 degrees over the weekend for pelleting and extraction Monday.
