Remains of the Day

  • Made three 96 well plate glycercol stock plates of endophytic bacteria (so I picked 96 endohpytes) from the exotic potato experiment. Wrote numbers on the bottom of the plates they were subcultured on and these were used to assign them a spot on the plate. So 1 was 1A, 2 was 1B, etc. First roots, then shoot endophytes from Kennebec, Shepody, Hhr, OKA, HAW1528, and HAW1658.
