  • Finished answering questions to Australia potato project - Amy's TRFLP peak area/100 bp cutoff data was presented as outdated form of analysis relative to low cutoff, presence/absence data.
  • Gonna speak with George about TRFLP protocol updates (resistance to changes/improvements without experiments despite my experience)
