Remains of the Day

  • Plated HAW 1658, HHA 4037, OKA plants today (extracted them yesterday). This time, I plated 10X dilution for both roots and shoots. Also, I washed with water after the final ethanol wash, so it might help keep the cells alive cause I think I over sterlized the guys on Tuesday. Maybe will have to repeat the whole experiment with a single plant per genotype and much lighter sterilization (like just a single wash of bleach with surfactant).
