Remains of the Day

  • Analyzed all the TRFLP results from the Mt. Brydges field, the Mt Brydges maize growth room experiment, grafted washed roots from plants (Heinz2401, Beaufort and RST) from Tilbury (given to me by Steve Loewen), a small washed rhizosphere vs shaken rhizosphere vs bulk soil vs washed roots test, a small purified TRFLP vs unpurified TRFLP test, and a bulk soil from the organic amendmant growth room experiment
